Purpose

ProjectOps Insight provides this website and an AI-assisted WhatsApp channel for inquiries about project management, industrial automation, process improvement, websites and digitalization. These terms cover information and consultation scheduling. Paid engagements require a separate agreement defining scope, fees and responsibilities.

AI and team support

The assistant uses AI and may produce inaccurate or incomplete information. Confirm important details with our team. Automated messages do not establish a consulting contract, guarantee outcomes or constitute a binding quote.

Calendar invitations and meetings

Review and explicitly confirm time and contact details before a Google invitation is requested. Only a verified event is treated as confirmed. Meet generation and invitation emails may be delayed or unavailable. Check the date and timezone. Contact our team to cancel or reschedule; exiting the chat flow does not cancel an existing event.

Responsible use

Provide accurate information and an email address you are entitled to use. Do not send passwords, payment-card information or sensitive documents. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive or disruptive activity.

Privacy and availability

Our Privacy Policy explains data processing, AI providers, Google scheduling, retention and requests about your information. You may request support from our team or stop automated replies. Service availability depends on third-party providers and is not guaranteed.
