Who we are
Many businesses recognize the potential of new technology but struggle to turn it into practical improvements. ProjectOps Insight helps bridge the gap between business needs, people and technology through project management, industrial automation, process improvement and digitalization. Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, we help teams clarify priorities, align decisions and move from strategy to execution. This policy covers our website and WhatsApp assistant. Information we process
Through WhatsApp we receive your phone number, messages, message dates and identifiers, and contact information you voluntarily provide. Messages may include your company, business needs, budget and preferred timeline. Do not send passwords, payment-card information or sensitive documents.
This website includes no analytics scripts, advertising trackers or contact forms. Hosting providers may process technical connection information to operate and secure their services. Links to WhatsApp, email or Facebook open third-party services subject to their policies.
Purpose and artificial intelligence
We use information to answer questions, understand needs, qualify commercial inquiries, maintain context and support requests for support from our team. The assistant uses AI and may make mistakes. You may request support from our team. A meeting is confirmed only after a real calendar event is verified.
Providers and international processing
Messages pass through Meta WhatsApp. We use OpenAI for generated responses and Cloudflare for execution and conversation storage. We share the information necessary for these activities. Processing may occur in the United States and other countries where providers operate, subject to their terms and practices.
Google Calendar and Google Meet
The business calendar owner authorizes Google Calendar access. The integration checks free/busy availability and creates consultation events only after the customer reviews and explicitly confirms details. Customers do not authorize access to their own calendars through this website.
If you choose scheduling, we use your voluntarily provided name and email to create a Google Calendar event and request a Google Meet link. Google may send an email invitation. Calendar events and invitation copies have separate retention controls. Contact us for changes or deletion. We do not use Google Calendar information for advertising or to train AI models. The scheduling flow does not send Google event contents to the language model.
Retention
Message content is retained for two years (730 days), counted from the date of each message. New messages do not renew older messages’ retention. Contact information is kept only as needed for support within this limit. Expired local booking contact details and meeting links are removed under the local retention policy.
Minimal control records, including message identifiers, WhatsApp numbers and automated-support preferences, may remain beyond this period while needed to prevent duplicate replies and respect opt-out requests. They do not include deleted message content. These periods apply to records controlled by ProjectOps Insight; providers may retain records and backups under their own policies and obligations. Google events and invitation email copies are managed separately.
Your requests and team support
For access, correction, deletion or stopping automated support, email projectops.insight@gmail.com. Include the WhatsApp number used, with country code. We may verify your identity. Requests are considered under applicable law. You can request support from our team or stop automated replies through WhatsApp. Opting out does not cancel an existing meeting.
Security
We use access controls and technical safeguards. No system provides absolute security.
